Justin Maloney has joined Anthony Harper as a special counsel in its Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland property team.

Maloney is a projects and real estate specialist with particular expertise advising on a wide range of commercial property developments and transactions. He has significant experience acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial leasing matters.

Prior to commencing his legal career, Maloney held senior management roles across the technology and manufacturing sectors, both in New Zealand and internationally. His commercial background includes leading complex contract negotiations with international clients, large-scale project management, operational leadership, and business development.

Partner Tim Bunker says Maloney’s depth of experience will be a strong addition to the firm’s property offering.
