Chelsea Pittam

Chelsea Pittam is a litigation lawyer with experience across insurance litigation, commercial litigation, and general dispute resolution.Her work includes assisting clients with EQC and house insurance claims,contractual disputes, and matters arising under consumer legislation.

Before joining Anthony Harper in 2024, Chelsea worked at a litigation specialist firm, where she supported numerous homeowners in pursuing and resolving insurance claims with private insurers. She also acted for survivors of historic abuse in claims against state and faith-based institutions.

Chelsea has experience before the Canterbury Earthquake Insurance Tribunal, District Court, High Court, and the New Zealand Claims Resolution Service, and has appeared in these forums on several occasions.Since joining Anthony Harper, she has continued to broaden her practice,particularly in commercial litigation.
