Prior to joining Anthony Harper, Jiarun worked at another large New Zealand law firm for three years where he gained valuable experience in acquisition and institutional finance.

- Advising a consortium comprised of InfraRed Capital Partners and Northleaf Capital on the acquisition financing of Vodafone’s passive mobile network in New Zealand for c. $1.7 billion.
