Jordan Wright is a corporate and commercial lawyer, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, structuring, shareholder arrangements and related commercial matters. Jordan has a specialist focus on the transport, logistics and supply chain sector, advising on transport and freight arrangements,warehousing and logistics contracts, supply and distribution agreements and procurement of key assets and services. She is recognised as a Leading Associate in the Asia Pacific Legal 500 guide.

- Advised Rhenus Group, a large global logistics provider, on its share acquisition of the Malcolm Total Logistics Group, including comprehensive due diligence for three distinct businesses.
