Catalijne Pille is a litigation lawyer with extensive expertise across a range of areas including health and safety regulatory compliance and investigation. Catalijne’s ability to understand and interpret complex issues allows her to implement effective and efficient processes to deliver strategic and impactful outcomes for her clients.
Having worked at WorkSafe, New Zealand’s primary regulator for health and safety, Catalijne possesses in-depth knowledge and practical experience in assisting clients with legal compliance, risk management, incident investigations, and legal representation.
Catalijne has a particular interest in enforceable undertakings as an alternative intervention available to clients who are facing possible enforcement action under the Health and Safety at Work Act.
