Anthony Harper expands its retirement village settlement software offering
Anthony Harper is launching a Software as a Service (SaaS) version of its bespoke Villageinfonet settlement service software/program for managing retirement village settlements.
Villageinfonet is now available for operators who want to manage their settlements in-house.
Anthony Harper has the largest specialist legal team for retirement villages in New Zealand. It pioneered Villageinfonet over 20 years ago to help retirement village operators simplify managing resident records and documents while providing real time transaction information.
Now village operators can use Villageinfonet with their own teams to prepare documents and provide automated updates to the wider team, whilst capturing data and documents in one place. Villageinfonet provides visibility of progress of resident transactions in real time, from settlements right through to terminations and transfers.
Jenny Baldwin, who leads the Retirement Villages team says they have been working closely with the retirement village sector to develop the product.
“We have over 30 years’ experience in the field, and our lawyers provide advice to over half of New Zealand’s registered retirement villages and to associated aged care facilities.
“Years of expertise have been dedicated to Villageinfonet, where operators can now achieve a high level of compliance and risk management, while improving efficiency and accuracy, and freeing up valuable resource,” she says.
“It is live data, accessible at the click of a button and with 24/7 secure access, allowing in-house teams to check progress at any time.
“The design is very user-friendly. It's just so easy to follow. You know exactly what's in there and you can rely on that information for workflow management,” Baldwin says.
