Sam is a commercial litigator who acts across a broad range of complex disputes, including financial services, construction, contractual issues, property, insurance, and trusts. He regularly appears in the District Court and High Court, and has appeared as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal and Environment Court. He has represented clients during investigations and arbitral proceedings, and has also worked in-house for several financial institutions within the banking and insurance sectors.
